iOS運用 CABasicAnimation 完成復雜的跑馬燈(無cpu暴跌)

網上找了幾個,但都有cup暴跌的狀況發作,於是應用CABasicAnimation 復雜的完成一個跑馬燈,完成復雜,可自己定制
